The Negotiation, Teamwork, and Decision Making Exercises are a collaborative effort between the Dispute Resolution Research Center and Kellogg’s Team and Group Center (KTAG) both located at the Kellogg School of Management Northwestern University.
The set includes over 100 exercises illustrating negotiation, teamwork, and decision making and game theory. Excel spreadsheets accompany most quantified exercises. Instructor’s Packages available free to authorized users include watermarked copies of the exercises, extensive teaching notes, and supplemental materials, for example, spreadsheets for posting results.
Instructor’s Manuals for the Mind and Heart of the Negotiator by Leigh Thompson, and Negotiating Globally by Jeanne Brett include suggested syllabi for negotiation courses. The Instructor’s Manual for Making the Team by Leigh Thompson includes suggested syllabi for teams’ courses.
